Your health and safety, and that of our colleagues, is our top priority. That is why we have taken various measures in the field of (extra) hygiene and physical contact. We monitor the situation from day to day and follow the advice of the RVIM and the WHO. Any decision made by us on this matter will be in line with local safety regulations.
Measures in the shops
In order to be able to help you in this situation, we use the following protocols in the RIVM guidelines and additional measures:
- 1.5 metres distance
- Don't shake hands
- Coughing/sneezing in elbow
- Preferably pay with PIN
- We have a door policy, maximum number of people depending on each shop, see the signing at the entrance.
- Please take care of clothing pins yourself because of the 1,5 meter distance rule
Look for the current opening hours of our shops at the specific shop location.
It is of course still possible to exchange and return items in the Suitable shops. Here, too, we carefully adhere to the measures to avoid hand contact as much as possible. Given the measures taken, we still welcome you to our shops.
Preferring to order online?
In addition, you are of course also very welcome in our online shop. By extending the delivery times of our carriers and other measures, our delivery times remain applicable and the return of items is still possible. In our distribution centre we have also taken extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus as much as possible.
Packages are no longer handed over by PostNL. The deliverer keeps 1.5 meters away from the receiver. The deliverer rings the doorbell and prepares the shipment on the ground; he or she waits at a distance for the recipient to receive it. In wet weather, the deliveryman will ring the doorbell and hold the shipment in hand. As soon as the receiver opens, the deliverer asks for distance and puts the shipment over the threshold and dry inside.
We advise you to observe the general hygiene rules.
- Regularly wash hands, preferably with a disinfectant.
- Cough and sneeze in the inside of the elbow.
- Use paper handkerchiefs.
- Avoid bodily contact such as with hands and face.
We want to assure you that our entire organization is doing everything possible to offer you as our customer the best possible service, with a healthy team.
