Reviews

Only customers who have ordered an item can leave a review. You will receive an email invitation over time to share your experiences with the item.


Each review is linked to the customer who ordered the item to ensure authenticity.


Yes, Suitable does not distinguish between positive and negative reviews.


No, we do not pay anyone to leave a review. Additionally, we do not receive payments to post reviews. However, customers do receive Suitable credits for leaving a product review, which they can use to earn discounts on future orders.


Reviews are immediately visible on the webshop. The Suitable customer service has access to an overview of posted reviews. We will never edit reviews, only remove them if there is inappropriate language or incorrect information, for example.


Suitable removes reviews containing inappropriate language, such as:

  • Profanity
  • Discriminatory remarks
  • Racist remarks
  • Terroristic threats
  • Diseases and vulgarities

Additionally, we may choose to remove a review if it contains incorrect or outdated product information to prevent confusion among visitors.


Please note that posting a review on Trustpilot does not earn Suitable Credits. Nevertheless, we greatly appreciate every review, as it helps us constantly improve our service and products.
