Linen men's shirtA natural material extracted from flax and therefore also called flax linen. The most beautiful and strongest linen ever came from Ireland. Irish linen is also sometimes used in the interior of a jacket. Linen has a few specific properties: it absorbs a lot of moisture, is nice and cool in summer, but it also wrinkles strongly. The best cloths for cleaning your wine glasses are made of linen. Italians (and modern world citizens with a Mediterranean preference) find the strong creases as proof of quality. An airy linen suit is fine for the first hours that it has been pressed smoothly, but after that the many wrinkles quickly take the upper hand and the suit loses respect. If you don't mind creasing, wear linen especially for casual wear or if you are among dashing Italians. Linen is sometimes wrinkle-free, but the fabric has not become more beautiful on it.
